Team Penning is a sport that is fun for the whole family, young or old you can all have a go. You do not
need any special equipment other than a saddle and a horse. The Wudinna Team Yarders club pride
themselves in promoting the youth with a fantastic youth program on offer at each event.

| : WTY would like to advise all members that their has been one confirmed case of strangles in quarantine on the Eyre Peninsula. WTY has contacted relevant authorities and event will not be cancelled at this stage but we would like all attendees to take sensible biosecurity measures. All members that have entered the competition will be contacted by phone if the situation changes |
| WTY AGM to be held on 24th October 4.30pm Membership due PRIOR to riding in the August event Check out the new August Program WTY Suggestion box will be at the shed for all members to use. Please put any suggestions or comments in the box with your name attached so the committee can look into them at meetings. WTY Catering - Committee would like some input from members on the level of catering that they would like at events - please put comments in the box. This month the canteen will supply the normal lunch and snacks but no TEA. We encourage members to BYO meat and come on the mound and use the facilities if they wish, their is always extra meat so if you forget no one will miss out. YOUTH Challenges to be presented at the August event and Senior challenges during September event so practice practice practice Tuff enuff to wear pink October Championship event - Prizes for the best PINK team start getting organised Don't forget the one handed Jack pot competition !!!!!! ALL dogs must be on a lead at all times - please be a responsible pet owner A big thanks to all members who are active in putting their names on the roster sheet and helping do the jobs on the "JOB SHEET" in the shed it is working really well and spreading the work load for committee members - MUCH APPRECIATED keep up the good work Big thank you also to Bill Butterfield for donating some Stray WILD beasts to the Wudinna Team Yarders approximately $1000 and Lumpy for organizing a few members to help catch them. A great day was had by the wild cattle musters and plenty of laughs. |
